trainees with their certificates
via the TAQAT portal once they have
completed their training.

How it Works

You commit to hiring Saudi nationals, we train and equip them with the right skills, and
HRDF will handle all the training costs.

Get a list of job seekers based on your vacancies.
Filter the talents that you pledge to hire after training.
We will train your chosen candidates.
You officially hire them and HRDF will pay for training expenses.

Training Program

The initiative has two levels of training:


  • Level 1 : 10-day program aimed at those who are new to the industry, covering the core fundamentals.


  • Level 2: 15-day program designed for team leaders that covers core fundamentals and the Foodics cashier training.
