- Applying the risk matrix
- Selecting and applying control measures (hierarchy of control)
Unit 4: The Five Steps to Risk Assessment
- Identify the hazards
- Decide who might be harmed and how
- Evaluate the risks and decide on precautions
- Record findings and implement them
- Review the assessment and update if necessary
Unit 5: Practical Applications and Documentation
- Writing effective risk assessment reports
- Communicating risk controls
- Real-life examples and scenarios

- Multiple-Choice Exam (Paper-based or Online via LMS)
