Module 2: Legal Responsibilities and Safety Standards
- Overview of OSHA / IEC / NFPA 70E / local electrical codes
- Employer and employee duties
- Workplace rescue planning
Module 3: Electrical Rescue Planning
- Roles of the rescuer and observer
- Risk assessment and scene safety
- Required PPE and rescue equipment
Module 4: Rescue Techniques
- Assessing the scene and isolating the power source
- Safe approach distances
- Removing victim using insulated tools or rescue hook
- Emergency medical actions after rescue
Module 5: Post-Rescue Protocols
- Performing CPR and treating burns (basic first aid overview)
- Reporting and documentation
- Post-incident debrief and lessons learned

- Simulated electrical rescue scenario
